SHIPPING POLICY StickBrush 


Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–11 business days. Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.


Total Estimated Delivery Time From the moment you place your order, expect to receive it within 8–14 business days.


Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. StickBrush has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at minihydracontact@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. StickBrush is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.


Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. StickBrush is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at minihydracontact@gmail.com before the order is processed.
